Dear Roti Canai, Here I Come!!!

Did I just said Roti Canai?
Of course I did and I mean it! It is Malaysian's all time favorite, you know?
Melaka has a few nice ones but I will be presenting one of the favorites to you.

This small Malay shop sells roti canai served with ikan pari (stingray) curry as an extra dish. It makes the food extra deliciousss. This curry also adds flavor to the bread. The bread is soft, delicious and filled with Planta taste. When you eat the roti canai with the curry, the fish itself will be super duper nice! ^^
See it for yourself~

This is the bread I mentioned, only RM0.80 each.
I ate two of them. Haha... Yummy~

This is it!! Ikan Pari Curry~
LOOK at the curry! Very thick, right?
It is the kind of cooking that suits the bread and the fresh fish.
Try it and you will ask for another one because that isn't enough!
It is RM3.50 each plate.

This is how the place looks like...

Alwaysss full house, especially near midnight.
Because some people cannot sleep, or they'd prefer to have a cup of coffee/tea.
It opens at 8.30 pm and close at different time each day. Depending on the amount of customers they have.

It only comprises a tiny part of Bukit Baru, Melaka but it attracts many customers from near and far. No doubt that the food is certainly nice...

Chili Pan Mee In Subang Jaya...

This is the shop's special drink, Sand Pear.
It is tasty; the pear scent and with plum added to make it extra special.
Taste: Sweet&Sour.

You must try cos you can't get this drink anywhere else.
This costs only RM2. Verrry cheap.

The Chili Pan Mee;
when you were first served with, that is before you put the hot dried chili.
It is dry and you need to mix it after you put the chili
(made special for this delicious dish)
RM5.50.

Pan Mee after adding the hot dried chili.
If you are the person who lovess chili and is not afraid of the spicy-ness, you can try adding 3 spoons of it. If you afraid of chilies, just add in 1 or half spoon of it (but advisable to try at least 1 spoon, or just a little bit more to taste its spicy-ness).
After mixing it all together, taste it!
Remember to mix it well and do it as soon as possible before the egg harden.

Above is the famous&special, Shui Gao.
Also from this restaurant and it's reeeally NICE! It is so delicious and worth eating (you may not want to eat others after that). It is big. It has everything good in there. But one biji may not be enough for you because a bowl only consists of 4 pieces. And it is only RM4!

So go to Chili Pan Mee restaurant and try both famous dishes! ^^
You won't regret it, I promise because i love them.
And I know you will love them too ^^
